You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 28jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
28jl is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 28jl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 28jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 28jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 28jl reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, or to close such accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.
All financial transactions on the 28jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 28jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via major Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
Important: Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on the 28jl platform. Any attempt to deposit via unsupported methods will be declined and returned.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 28jl account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to be credited, depending on the originating bank. 28jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a review period. 28jl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Banking section of the platform.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 28jl does not charge currency conversion fees, as all transactions are conducted in PHP.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 28jl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your 28jl account must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. 28jl reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
28jl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 28jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 28jl platform without the prior written consent of 28jl.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by 28jl is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 28jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
28jl is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
While 28jl endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 28jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical errors.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game, 28jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 28jl shall not be liable for any winnings that would have been generated but for the malfunction.
